Employee Matching Program
Under the Employee Matching Program, the Foundation matches donations up to $5,000 per employee household per year, so long as the charity qualifies as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
The nonprofit organization must be recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt and as a public charity. The program provides a one-to-one match of up to $5,000 per employee household for every dollar an employee or an employee's spouse or registered domestic partner contributes.
